And Your New Year's Resolution Is?

For many people, the start of a new year marks an opportunity to reflect

on their life and think about where they would like to be in the future. And while New Year resolutions may get a bad rap for encouraging unrealistic goals or placing pressure on us, they can also be a great starting point to prioritize your health and wellness on your terms.

So, is it Weight loss? exercise more? read more? Make and SAVE more money?

Somewhere we are all involved with the above resolutions. For the last 2 weeks, we have been bombarded with, help on how to keep your New Year resolutions, write a journal, and start small. Just remember this Setbacks can happen, but so long as they are handled correctly, they will not impact the big goal. The key is to avoid a defeatist attitude at all costs, i.e., “Well, I screwed up once, why should I even try to do this anymore.
