The Real Cost of Those Eggs pt.60

I can’t stand his Florida orange fucking face but, some people do. Even with their ACA. premiums going up they still stand behind him.  But then came ICE (. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) or as

I call them Trump's little army. (keep in mind for when he losses)

                                                   ICE Cold Facts:

For Fiscal Year 2026, ICE’s budget request is about US $11.3 billion, covering ~21,808 positions and full-time equivalents. However, In the FY 2025 budget documents, ICE is requesting funds for detention beds (34,000 beds at ~$2 billion) and an Alternatives to Detention program ($360 million) under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) budget.

A recent bill under discussion (the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill”) would allocate more than US $100 billion to ICE and broader immigration‐enforcement functions over the period through 2029 — including ~$45 billion for detention, ~$46 billion for border wall operations, and ~$14 billion for deportation transportation

                                          Here are some results

Record High Detentions: As of September 2025, ICE was holding 59,762 individuals in detention, the highest number on record. TracReports

Criminal Convictions: Approximately 28.5% of detainees had criminal convictions, while 24.7% faced pending criminal charges. Snopes

Non-Criminal Detainees: The remaining 47% of detainees had no criminal record, highlighting a shift toward detaining individuals without prior convictions

As I have mentioned before,  i’m pretty sure no matter how many times President Mop & Glow barks, "The Left Likes Crime, and Open Boarders, Blah Blah” They Don’t, if you remember they called Obama

With Trump, ICE operations became headline-driven, dramatic, and highly visible—like a nonstop political reality series. Every new raid, budget announcement, or policy change is an “episode” watched and debated by the nation. He has targeted at undocumented immigrants in workplaces, homes, or public spaces.                      Hey, has Mexico paid for that wall yet? Now Trump 2.0, daily arrests reportedly reached ~1,000 per day, aiming to prioritize both individuals with criminal convictions and those without. What happened to the “worst of the worst” Some detainees are held in solitary confinement for extended periods, a practice that has raised legal and human rights concerns.

Average detainee numbers under recent ICE operations reached ~60,000, with nearly half having no criminal convictions.  ICE has conducted arrests at immigration courts and local courthouses, reversing previous guidance to minimize such actions. This tactic can deter individuals from attending court proceedings for civil matters, affecting public confidence in legal access. ICE under Trump increasingly targeted both criminal and non-criminal undocumented immigrants.Aggressive tactics (raids, courthouse arrests, solitary confinement) heightened public awareness and sometimes controversy.

We all want safe streets, and yes we all want legal immigration.

By the way, what ever happened to “A pathway to  citizenship”? I believe that most people understand that yes,  what ICE is doing is dangerous to say the least. But for a county that claims it follows the Bible, and ask frequently What would Jeusus do?

I’m sure we all know by now that everyday is a Trump production, and we are all his viewers. 7 million proud Americans marched last weekend telling of their dislike of his policies.

Question: WHY doesn't he give a shit?
