           So, this story broke the other day, I was waiting for Karoline to put a “Biden”, did it spin or the old standby dam those illegal immigrants, they did it again. By the way, I wish someone could explain to me, how little Paco crossed the border with dust in his pockets, and turned around to buy a $400,000 house? And we all know why the cost of beef is so high. If you don’t mind, I throw this one in for good measure.

             A federal judge has ruled that the major civil lawsuits accusing Donald Trump of inciting the January 6th attack can move forward, rejecting his claims of presidential immunity. Multiple rulings now confirm that Trump may be held civilly liable for his Jan. 6 speech and related actions, setting the stage for a future trial. Federal Judge Amit Mehta ruled that Trump’s Jan. 6 Ellipse speech and many of his social media posts were political acts, not official presidential duties. Trump is not shielded from civil lawsuits over Jan. 6, and the cases are moving forward. This is one of the most significant remaining legal avenues for holding him accountable for the events of that day.

                

       Who is suing Trump?

Democratic lawmakers, Capitol Police officers, Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee, with support from the ACLU, these plaintiffs argue that Trump’s actions and rhetoric leading up to and on Jan. 6 contributed to the violence at the Capitol.

 These cases can and will move forward. Funny, Fox, Newsman and OAN haven’t mentioned this story, huh i wonder why?
