Rosa Parks, Eartha Kit & Trump Crossed the Delaware?

The Real Cost of Those Eggs pt.46

Why not?

Raise your hand if you remember

Now our scumbag and thief wants to change American history.

We knew he was going to start blowing smoke up our asses, but why?

The History According to Trump

America was born in 1776, a perfect nation created by brilliant men who never made mistakes. They loved freedom, loved God, and built the greatest country in history. Slavery? Division? Injustice? — Trump’s version quietly pushes that aside, insisting the founders meant liberty for everyone from the start.  The Civil War wasn’t really about slavery, in his telling. It was about “heritage” and “great generals” like Robert E. Lee, who Trump imagines as a military genius America should still honor. Statues of Confederates shouldn’t come down — because in his story, they represent “history and pride,” not oppression.

America then moves forward, always strong, always winning. By the time of World War II, Trump sees the U.S. as the hero that single-handedly saved the world — tough generals, big victories, no hesitation. In his retelling, American leaders were strong back then… but then came decades of weakness.

Then Trump enters the stage. He casts himself as the one who rebuilt the military, stood up to China, crushed ISIS, and made the world respect America again. He paints the COVID-19 pandemic as a victory too — claiming he shut borders early, rushed vaccines faster than anyone, and “saved millions of lives.” Mistakes and mixed messages? In his version, they vanish.

The biggest rewrite, though, comes with 2020. In his story, Trump didn’t lose — he actually won “the greatest landslide ever.” But shadowy forces “rigged” it and stole it away. January 6th? In his telling, it wasn’t a violent attack — it was a day of “patriots” standing up for truth.

And so, in Trump’s preferred version of history, America is always greatest when it is strong, unapologetic, and led by him. The story has heroes and villains, but above all, it casts Trump himself as the central figure who restores America to its rightful glory.

For who and why are these chances made ? To begin with let’s not call them changes, Lies, Bullshit, Whitewash, Gaslighting, now that’s the truth.

Trump wants to emphasize America’s greatness, minimize or downplay racism and failures, glorify himself as central to U.S. strength, and erase or reframe events that make him look weak or defeated.

So, will the American people (me & you) capitulate once again? Or use our standby excuse of “What can you do?” or we can watch Lindsey Graham telling us “It’s just Trump being Trump” I know Let’s ask Galvin
