Over 4,000 lawsuits from 1973 to 2016.

     These included: Real estate disputes, Casino-related litigation.                            Defamation cases, Business tax disputes


 Civil and Criminal Cases

Criminal indictments: 4 major cases (New York, Florida, D.C., Georgia)

Civil lawsuits: Multiple, including:

E. Jean Carroll defamation and sexual abuse case, New York business fraud case, Trump University and Trump Foundation settlements. 


During First Presidency (2017–2021)

Hundreds of lawsuits were filed against his administration, challenging:

Executive orders, Immigration policies, Environmental rollbacks

COVID-19 response measures.


During Second Presidency (2025–Present)

                                As of May 2025, 328 lawsuits have been filed against Trump’s executive orders, Cabinet actions, and policy decisions.


These include:

75 lawsuits directly targeting Trump

39 lawsuits against Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)

21 lawsuits against Attorney General Pam Bondi’s DOJ

12 lawsuits against Linda McMahon’s Department of Education.
