The Real Cost of Those Eggs pt.58

Due to computer issues I have missed so much, let’s see how much I can remember. We are still blowing boats out of the water, the cease fire that isn’t in the middle east. The shutdown goes on and on, spitting in the face of American farmers, by wanting to buy beef from Argentina. Bailing out Argentina to the tune of $40 Billion, George Santos, why bother. Putin yes, Tomahawks No. 7.4 million march to say fuck no to Trump.  Trump rapes The People house. And this morning we wake to thought that Trump is suing America, yes YOU

Yesterday Trump filed administrative claims under the,

                                     Federal Tort Claims Act,

The Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) is a landmark U.S. law passed in 1946 that allows private individuals to sue the federal government for certain wrongful acts committed by federal employees. Here's a breakdown of what it means and how it works. Under the FTCA, the government can be held liable “in the same manner and to the same extent as a private individual” for negligence or wrongful acts by its employees acting within the scope of their duties.

Trump is asking the DOJ to pay him $230 million. He alleges that federal investigations into him—specifically the 2016 Russia probe and the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case—were malicious and violated his rights

Case #1    One of Trump's all time favorite hits Russia, Russia, Russia hoax . So as we know before Marco Rubio became a “lame duck for Trump” he was once a respected Senator from Florida. He played a key role in the Senate Intelligence Committee’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election, though the final report was released in 2020, not 2015. Here's what that report revealed and how Rubio detailed its findings

“Over the last three years, the Senate Intelligence Committee conducted a bipartisan and thorough investigation into Russian efforts to influence the 2016 election and undermine our democracy.” The report confirmed “irrefutable evidence of Russian meddling” in the 2016 election. It identified numerous contacts between Trump campaign officials and Russian operatives, calling them a “Grave Counterintelligence Threat”

                                  Plain English: No Hoax

Case #2    The Trump classified documents case was a major legal and political controversy centered on former President Donald Trump’s handling of sensitive government records after leaving office in 2021.

Here's a clear breakdown of what happened

In 2022, the National Archives requested the return of missing presidential records. After months of back-and-forth, the FBI executed a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago in August 2022 and recovered over 100 classified documents. Investigators alleged that Trump knowingly withheld documents and obstructed efforts to retrieve them.

In 2023, Trump was indicted on 40 federal counts, including:

Willful retention of national defense information

Obstruction of justice as well as False statements

After Trump was re-elected in 2024, the Department of Justice dropped the case in early 2025.

The Special Counsel’s final report remains sealed, though watchdog groups are pushing for its release. This case raised serious questions about presidential accountability, national security, and the independence of the Justice Department. If you’d like, I can walk you through how this compares to other classified document cases involving public officials.

Plain English: He hid the Documents

So, you have to ask, if both cases are bullshit, how is he suing? Same reason he has gotten away with everything, nobody stands up to him. The sad part is he will get the money. As I have said many times, it's incredible how One man has made America look so Stupid, as he lines his pockets.
