When He Losses, We Win

The Real Cost of Those Eggs pt.75

It seems like another day, another Trump lawsuit, and yet another Trump Loss. The Trump administration has faced a significant number of legal defeats across a wide range of policy areas. These losses often stem from courts finding that certain executive actions exceeded statutory authority, violated procedural requirements, or conflicted with constitutional protections.

A dedicated litigation tracker documents ongoing and past challenges to Trump administration executive actions, reflecting the unusually high volume of lawsuits filed against federal policies during this period in Trump land.

Some analyses highlight periods where the administration lost several major cases within days. One report notes six significant defeats in a six‑day stretch, illustrating how courts repeatedly pushed back on attempts to expand executive authority. Reporting shows instances where the administration lost multiple cases in rapid succession—for example, two federal court losses in California involving redistricting and voter‑information access.

So, with all this winning oh sorry losing Some analysts note that even repeated losses don’t always deter an administration from pursuing similar strategies, especially when the political or symbolic value is high.

Of course the phrase from days gone by "Nothing but the Best People” shines through with names like, Pam Bundi, Todd Blance, Emil Bove, Alina Habba and let’s not forget that insurance lawyer that overnight became assistant Federal Attorney General Lindsy Halligan and one more off the Fox news scrap heap, the one and only, Jeanine Pirro, Who has lost her last 12 government cases in a row. Now with such star names how and why are these things happening?

Speaking of Judge Pirro, the Trump and his administration lost six major cases in just six days, largely because courts determined the government overstepped legal boundaries on policy actions

Some cases were lost because agencies didn’t follow required administrative steps. Law Shun notes that Trump has a long history of losing cases tied to procedural violations, including regulatory rollbacks and federal agency actions that didn’t meet legal requirements.

In several immigration‑related cases, judges ruled against the administration because claims were unsupported or contradicted by available evidence. Reporting shows that in some high‑profile incidents, official statements were undermined by video evidence, weakening the government’s position in court. When an administration pushes a large number of legally controversial actions, it naturally faces many lawsuits — and therefore many opportunities to lose. One report described a day when Trump lost three separate cases in a single day.

                                  So how do we win?

Checks and balances in action: When courts block an administration’s policy, it often means judges found it exceeded statutory or constitutional limits. That’s the judiciary doing its job.

Protection of individual rights: Many high‑profile cases involve civil liberties, immigration rules, environmental protections, or voting rights. When courts intervene, supporters often view it as safeguarding those rights.

The one way “WE The People” can keep Trump “Honest” along with his pick of losers is to call your Senator or Congressman and bitch and bitch and then BITCH some more. Remember WE PAY THEM; THEY WORK FOR US. The next “No Kings” rally is set for Saturday March 28th.

Did I say keep him Honest?
